1. When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 2 days of receiving payment. Once your payment is confirmed, your order is packed and dispatched the same day. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped.
2. Is the shipping packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in completely discreet packaging with no branding or product information visible.
3. What if tracking shows delivered, but I haven’t received my package?
Once shipped, delivery is handled by the mail carrier. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with your mail carrier or neighbors — it is often left nearby. We cannot issue a reshipment based on a delivered tracking status.

5. How do I verify my Genlabs product authenticity?
Scratch the hologram on your bottle to reveal the unique verification code. Enter it on the Genlabs authentication page to confirm authenticity:
